While volunteer cleanups are essential for Lake Tahoe, they often miss litter hidden beneath the sand. That’s where BEBOT comes in—the first of its kind on the West Coast! This eco-friendly robot sifts through sand to remove hidden trash before it pollutes our waters.

ECO-CLEAN’s mission is to transform beach cleaning and environmental stewardship by using innovative, sustainable technology to tackle tough beach litter like microplastics and invasive weeds. Their work helps preserve landmark destinations like Tahoe, while promoting sustainable tourism practices.
