A Call to Action from ECO-CLEAN Solutions

At ECO-CLEAN Solutions, our mission is to protect and preserve the natural beauty of our environment. We collaborate closely with the U.S. Forest Service, which manages and maintains many of Lake Tahoe’s public beaches. Our National Park Service works tirelessly to keep our public lands and National Parks pristine and sustainable for future generations. These agencies play a vital role in maintaining the ecological balance of our forests, lakes, and beaches, yet they are now facing unprecedented challenges.

The Impact of Recent Staffing Cuts

Recent mass layoffs in February 2025 within the U.S. Forest Service and National Park Service have left critical gaps in the stewardship of our public lands. These staffing reductions threaten the health of our forests, the safety of visitors, and the ability to carry out essential conservation efforts. Without proper support, national parks and public lands may suffer from increased pollution, lack of maintenance, and reduced visitor services.

As a community that values sustainability and environmental stewardship, we must step up and support the organizations dedicated to keeping our public lands protected. Below are some incredible nonprofits working tirelessly to fill the gaps left by these cuts. By supporting them, you can help safeguard the future of our forests, lakes, and national parks.
